Problems Logging In


Questions

1) I didn't recieve the password email in my designated email

2) I receive an "Invalid Username" error message when logging in

3) I receive an "Invalid Password" error message when logging in, even when I keyed in correct password sent to my email


1) I didn't recieve the password email in my designated email

Make sure your gmail is not more than 90% full.

The password email can’t get through even if there is space if it is 90% full.

If you are using Gmail, check under “More Folders” -> “Spam” (Refer to attached screenshot to find the Spam folder, circled in red)

Note: if you are using other emails other than Gmail check the spam folder as well, if the password is not in the spam mail folder, please call helpdesk. (Users of yahoo mail may not be able to recieve the email.)


2) I receive an "Invalid Username" error message when logging in

The Username is your NRIC login name, try your NRIC both with the "S" infront (e.g. S7777777G) and without the "S" infront (e.g. 7777777G)


3) I receive an "Invalid Password" error message when logging in, even when I keyed in correct password sent to my email

You help to use the latest password to login, a new password will be sent to you upon every successful login. This password have to be used for the next time you login.
