I joined Powerful Negotiators as a retiree at the age of 60 years old. I realised that the team has a structured and systematic business model, coupled with a wide range of listings. These are main factors that contributed to my progress.

They have monthly IPCS training covering topics on the latest policy changes affecting buying and selling of properties, including case studies. The managers in the team are also very ready to provide on the spot guidance as and when needed. The strength of the team is that we are all very strong, motivated, caring and unselfish. Everyone is willing to share their knowledge.

I was an employee before but now the opportunity to make huge income is limitless! I definitely have no regrets. I am blessed to have joined the right team with a winning spirit.

Having been a housewife for 15 years, I was quite worried about going into Real Estate as a career.

I benefitted immensely from Powerful Negotiators’ structured training programme and I was beginning to experience the benefits in just ten months. The culture of the Group is really unique. We worked as a team to share information and knowledge unselfishly.
I found myself learning faster. Ideas created during the discussions and the bonding formed within the team really benefitted my professional growth.

Out of 4,000 agents in PropNex, I managed to be the Champion Rookie and No. 17th Sales Producer in 2006. If I am left to do this on my own with no support, I don’t think I will have the motivation to achieve so much.

Having nearly six years of experience as a real estate agent, I was very skeptical about the Powerful Negotiators System. In fact I questioned Kelvin, the Group Leader, about how I could benefit from it. Putting my doubts aside, I eventually made the switch and my sales quadrupled within months. I achieved $1.35Mil in 2007 and was promoted to the 2nd highest in designation soon after. I came to Power Negotiators alone but now I am managing a team. It's shockingly easy, and now I put all my agents through the system.

Our team directors have given me a lot of support and ancillaries. The team members are also willing to share knowledge and provide moral support to each other. The training provided by the team is very useful and all my property transactions are done through the knowledge provided from the training and through the sharing done by my boss, Kelvin Fong.

This team has excellence teamwork and is full of love. It also provides us with a proper system to work in. I am very happy to be with Powerful Negotiators and PropNex Realty Pte Ltd.

I attended quite a number of real estate companies’ seminars before deciding to join PropNex, and specifically the Powerful Negotiators Group. What attracted me was the practical and realistic working style and attitude it has. The greatest strength of the Group is that everyone is very united and caring. This helps me grow even faster than if I were to join any other group, especially when I am new in the industry.

I have found my dream job and I am enjoying a better income than my previous job in a small business. Special thanks to Powerful Negotiators and its Director Mr. Kelvin Fong!

The young team motivates me to work even harder for my career. I have more activity, listing and closing ever since I joined Mega Force. I have also received a lot of useful and practical trainings.

In my opinion, the main reason why the team is able to grow and produce results year after year is the great system and teamwork. We have a proven system to market all properties. We always give the seller’s properties maximum exposure with a reduced marketing cost.

The teamwork in Powerful Negotiators is something I did not experience in my previous agency. I am feeling more motivated and not so lost now. Each of us has our own clienteles. With the help of our colleagues, we can sell our properties even without advertisements.

I am glad I made the right choice to join Powerful Negotiators.

I have no regrets in joining Powerful Negotiators. The whole team spirit is wonderful, something that I cannot find elsewhere.

Recently, I received a certificate for being one of the Top Producer (March 2009) from David Poh, in recognition of the outstanding sales performance. I will not be able to achieve that without Jean's coaching, support and encouragement and Kelvin's sharing of the system and advice! Whatever I learnt from Jean and Kelvin, I immediately applied to my business. I sincerely would like to express my appreciation to both of you.

I would like to say thank you to Alvin who served my buyer at Beacon on the Valentine's Day this year for without him, I would not have closed a deal at Tampines.

I think the teamwork and camaraderie at Powerful Negotiators is highly commendable, especially in the property business. I am a stranger to Alvin, but just by making a phone call to him, he was willing to do me such a big favor. What's worth mentioning is that my buyer is still contacting me for viewings.

Lastly, I want to thank my two mentors - Richard & Shirley, for constantly encouraging me and calling me regularly to ensure that I am doing fine.

I have been with this group working full time for almost six weeks and I have finally closed my 1st deal. I will take this opportunity to thank Mr. Kelvin Fong, Bobby Sng, Irene Sng, Maureen Kang, Choon Hong, Alvin Koh, Aileen Chew, Si en and the other Mega Force team players for they have been very supportive towards me and have given me a lot of advice.

I am proud to be part of Mega Force and I will do my best and carry on to close more deals soon.

Finally! After numerous nightmares and sleepless nights of rejected offers, this deal is closed with an external agent! Thanks goodness!

I am also grateful to all the people who have given me solid guidance especially my boss Cijay, as well as Bobby, Maureen, Joseph, Richard, and many others. I really appreciate it!

Such incredible system and incredible people in Mega Force makes this the best team to learn from in the industry.

Here, I have learnt that when the sky is darkest, never give up and the stars will eventually come out to shine on you. It always happens. If you really want it badly enough, the universal law of attraction will ultimately bring it to you.

I have just returned from Hong Kong and I wish to take this opportunity to thank Marie for helping me close the deal at Viz@Holland.

It is really amazing that a co-broke agent, Marie, did most of the work to help me close a unit! This was what happened. I collected a cheque from a very careful buyer at $1188psf before I left for Hong Kong and passed it to Marie, together with my buyer's contact. The offer was however, rejected by the seller when I was still in Hong Kong and he insisted on $1200psf instead. Marie then spent a whole afternoon with this very careful buyer to push them to offer a higher price at $1200psf, instead of just returning them the initial cheque. I was planning to push them when I am back today but now the deal is closed! Wow!

I believe that outside our Powerful Negotiators Group, something like this will never happen. Such teamwork really touched me and I would like to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to Marie!

Such is the teamwork in Powerful Negotiators. Let's keep it up and close more deals internally!

I would like to share my experience for those who are new or considering to join Powerful Negotiators. I was blessed to be able to close one unit at the Stellar with Lawrence Teo yesterday night.

The deal was done while I was away in KL yesterday. I met my client on Sunday to offer them the unit and they were very keen but I had to go away on Monday. Therefore, I ended up negotiating the offer with them on the phone while I was in KL. When they made the offer, I called Lawrence and we were able to settle on a final offer at $740psf with check. Thereafter, since I was not able to come back to collect the cheque to make the offer, I asked Lawrence for help. He graciously agreed to collect the check from my buyer and made the offer. Eventually, he closed the deal and delivered the option to my buyer at about nine p.m. yesterday night, which was when I was still stuck on the North-South Highway because my car had broken down!

Do have trust in the system and team spirit and deals can be closed. I will gladly do the same for any of you in Powerful Negotiators, so that we can close the deal and move on to the next one together.

Since I joined Mega Force in April, I have finally closed my first deal three days ago with an external co-broke agent.

Although this time I could not close the deal internally, I still want to thank Aaron Ho, Lawrence Yeo, Joseph Tan and Elain Tan for their great support in negotiating the price with their seller till the last minutes...

I also want to thank Cijay's and Irene Sng's great support during my dealing with the buyer and the co-broke agent.

Without Cijay's support and guidance, I am afraid I might have a hard time closing the deal, or that the buyer might lose confidence in me because I couldn't answer their questions when they were about to issue the cheque. Without Irene's guidance, I might not able to get my commission from the co-broke agent!

Last but not least, I want to thank the people in Powerful Negotiators.

I would also like to share my experience in dealing with an external agent and how fortunate it was for me to be a member of Powerful Negotiators.

I did not have a tough time getting the cheque from my buyer but I had a hard time dealing with the external co-broke agent, who is a new agent. As she was new, she brought her so-called "up line", David Soh, to speak to me when collecting the cheque from me.

When I exchanged name cards with them, David Soh asked me which Propnex team I am with. I told him Powerful Negotiators. He said "Oooh, Powerful Negotiators

I said 'Oh, do you know Powerful Negotiators?'

He replied ' of course, people who know Propnex will know Powerful Negotiators. It's a very strong team.'

At that moment I felt very proud to be one of the members in Powerful Negotiators, just like I always feel proud to be a Singaporean when I am overseas. From this good experience, I strongly believe, a strong team spirit and strong team support is very important for a team.
