Training
When you join us, we will bring you up to speed with our series of training sessions. Our focused private group sessions have proven to be of great help to both new and experienced agents.
Instead of being theory based, our sessions are full of real life examples and practical information that as an agent you can immediately use when you meet your next client.
The various course available for you to take part when you are with us:
Crest Course
A kick-start month long course that teaches you the basics:
- basic knowledge of HDB and private property market,
- how to secure an Exclusive,
- how to get 2% Exclusive, etc.
Focus PTE Group Training (FPT)
Become a street smart realtor with FPT. Conducted by Kelvin Fong, you will learn the following in 6 sessions:
- How to "Kick off" in PTE
- How to use the RealTime System to Present.
- Financial Planning, Understanding of Bank Interest
- Negotiation Skill
- Individual Agent Presentation & Handling objections
Presentation Skill (Part 1)
Conducted by Team Leader, Kelvin Fong, on how to prepare a financial report for your client so that they are well advised on when to buy/sell. You will be taught how to present these advise in a professional manner to your clients.
Presentation Skill (Part 2)
You will be taught on how to do some financial calculation and provide a detailed planning for your clients so that they know when is the best time to shift in and out of an investment.
Interactive Presentation & Case Study (IPCS)
Different managers will take turns to share their case study of HDB and/or Private property transactions (includes some CPF knowledge) so that they can learn from their experiences. This course is conducted every last week of the month. |

Powerful Negotiators Group is managed based on the different HDB and Private estates. Each location is managed by very experienced Area Managers. When you need advise or help on any area, you will know exactly who to look for (see map and table below).
